Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

- Fast Shipping: estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days - €9.99
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

We currently ship to Spain, countries within the European Union, and selected international destinations made available at checkout.
If shipping is available to your country or region, you will be able to select the available shipping method during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at contact@blackdeal.shop and we will do our best to assist you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer, but we will assist where possible in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@blackdeal.shop and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
